Leo Season…Expansion

We’re standing in one of the most heart-centered seasons of the year.

Leo reminds us to live from the heart - to create, to lead, to express ourselves boldly. With Jupiter now moving through Leo, the invitation isn’t simply to do more. It’s to become more fully ourselves.

Expansion isn’t always about adding.

Sometimes it’s about removing what no longer belongs.

As we move toward the upcoming Leo New Moon eclipse, the sky invites us into an unusual partnership between growth and release. Before new intentions are planted, we’re asked to notice what has quietly become too small, too heavy, or simply no longer true.

We often think of expansion as filling our calendars, learning another skill, saying yes to another opportunity.

But nature teaches something different.

Before spring, the trees let go.

Before planting, the soil is cleared.

Before a deep inhale, there is always an exhale.

The space comes first.

Maybe the thing you’re being asked to release isn’t a relationship or a job.

Maybe it’s the belief that you have to do everything yourself.

Maybe it’s an old identity you’ve outgrown.

Maybe it’s the habit of staying so busy that you never have enough distance to see where you’re actually heading.

Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is step back.

When we step back, perspective returns.

And with perspective comes discernment.

We begin to see what truly matters, what can be simplified, and what is ready to fall away - not because it was wrong, but because it carried us as far as it could.

Jupiter doesn’t simply ask us to become bigger.

It asks us to become more aligned.

Growth without intention becomes overwhelm.

Growth with clarity becomes purpose.

As you move through Leo season, consider asking yourself:

  • What am I trying so hard to hold together?

  • What feels complete, even if I haven’t admitted it yet?

  • What would create more spaciousness in my life?

  • If I trusted that something greater was unfolding, what could I gently release today?

Expansion isn’t something we chase.

It’s something we create room to receive
