Somatic Regulation

Supporting nervous system balance through breath, rhythm, and embodied awareness.

Somatic practices focus on the relationship between the body, the nervous system, and lived experience. When the body is given space to breathe, move, and feel safely, it naturally begins to release tension and restore balance.

At M8, somatic regulation practices help quiet the mind, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect you with your body’s innate intelligence.

Through breathwork, sound healing, monthly community gatherings, and embodied practices, we create spaces where healing unfolds naturally.

Moon Circles & Seasonal Gatherings

Our Moon circles provide space to pause, reflect, and align with the rhythms of nature.

These gatherings often include guided breathwork, journaling, gentle movement, meditation, and shared conversations. Each circle is inspired by the lunar cycle and the energetic themes of the season.

Arc Seasonal Experiences

Each arc is designed as a container -

holding movement, breath, reflection, and ritual to support meaningful change that unfolds over time, not all at once.

These experiences honor rhythm, rest, and integration.

They open when the season supports them, and close when the work is complete.

Arc programs run between 3 and 6 weeks in length.

Meditation

Meditation offers a space to slow down, soften the mind, and reconnect with the present moment. Through guided awareness, breath, and observation, meditation helps calm mental activity and bring us to a state of ease.

Breathwork

Conscious breathing practices help regulate the nervous system, release stored tension and restore vitality.

These gatherings often include guided breathwork, journaling, gentle movement, meditation, and shared conversations. Each circle is inspired by the lunar cycle and the energetic themes of the season.

Sound Healing

Sound healing sessions use instruments such as crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, and gongs to create immersive soundscapes that calm the system and encourage deep rest.

The vibrational quality of sound helps the body shift from states of stress into states of restoration and balance.

Return to the Body

In a fast paced world, the body often carries more than it was meanth to hold. Somatic practices invite us to slow down, listen inwardly, and restore balance from within.

These experiences are not about fixing the body, but remembering how to inhabit ourselves fully.
