Seasonal Arcs

are immersive journeys offered at specific times throughout the year.

Each arc is designed as a container -

holding movement, breath, reflection, and ritual to support meaningful change that unfolds over time, not all at once.

These experiences honor rhythm, rest, and integration.

They open when the season supports them, and close when the work is complete.

How Seasonal Arcs Work

  • Seasonal Arcs are:

    time-bound (usually 4–6 weeks)

    guided and intentional

    held in small groups

    rooted in embodied practice

  • An arc may include:

    live movement or practice sessions

    reflective prompts or study

    optional at-home practices

    community connection

    moments of integration and pause

Reset 2026

A four-week embodied journey

Dates: New Moon in Capricorn → New Moon in Aquarius

Duration: Four weeks

Format: Weekly in-studio gathering + guided at-home reflection

This four-week Seasonal Arc is designed as a gentle but intentional reset - a space to pause, reorient, and listen beneath the surface of habit and momentum.

Each week, we’ll gather in community for guided somatic movement and breathwork, allowing the body to settle, soften, and speak. From this embodied state, we’ll move into journaling and reflection, letting insight arise organically rather than forcing answers from the mind.

This arc is supported by the Wilde House Papers Reset Guide, which provides a simple, thoughtful framework for inquiry throughout the four weeks.

The work unfolds between two new moons — beginning in Capricorn, a time of grounding and structure, and closing in Aquarius, a threshold of perspective and possibility — just before the intensity of eclipse season.

What the Arc Includes

  • Weekly in-studio gatherings

(somatic movement, breathwork, and guided reflection)

  • Journaling prompts and inquiry inspired by the Wilde House Paper’s Reset Guide

  • Space for personal insight, integration, and community connection

  • A contained, four-week rhythm designed for clarity and completion

Each session is designed to help you tune inward first — allowing the body to lead — before engaging the reflective mind.

Who This Arc Is For

This arc is supportive if you’re:

  • feeling the need to reset or recalibrate for the year ahead

  • navigating transition or change

  • seeking clarity without pressure

  • drawn to embodied inquiry rather than problem-solving or goal setting

  • wanting a guided container to listen more deeply

No prior experience with breathwork, somatics, or astrology is required.
