The Synergy Space hosts Flow, Restore, Meditation, Somatic Movement, Moon Circles, Workshops, and Community gathering designed to support nervous system balance and embodied well being.

Private and Semi Private Pilates apparatus instruction designed to build strength, mobility, alignment and body awareness in an intentional small group setting.
With 4 Reformer/ Equipment stations, each session allows for personalized guidance, intelligent progression, and a deeper connection to movement.
Ideal for rehabilitation, developing core strength, longevity, and mindful conditioning.
