    Daily Practice is the ongoing, embodied foundation of M8.

    Through semi-private movement, breath centered Pilates, and therapeutic sessions, this work supports strength, clarity, and nervous system regulation: week by week, season by season.

    This is a place to build relationship with your body through consistency and care.

  • Seasonal Arcs

    Seasonal Arcs are guided journeys offered at specific times throughout the year.

    Each arc explores a theme through movement, reflection, breath, and ritual - allowing space for integration and meaningful change.

    These experiences are cyclical, intentional, and held in community.

  • School of Healing Arts

    The M8 School of Healing Arts is a space for deeper learning and integration.

    Here you’ll find self-paced programs, longer form study, and teacher training rooted in embodied wisdom, cyclical rhythm, and lived practice.
