Daily Practice is the ongoing, embodied foundation of M8.
Through consistent movement, breath, and guided attention, this work supports strength, clarity, and regulation not as a quick fix, but as a living relationship with the body.
This is where alignment is practiced, day by day.
-

What is?
Daily Practice at M8 is offered through small-group and semi-private instruction, allowing space for personal attention within a shared environment.
Sessions may include:
Breath-centered Pilates
Theraeutic and restorative movement
Postural and fascial alignment
Nervous-system Somatic emphasis
Subtle energetic alignment
Each session meets you where you are, while supporting gradual, sustainable change.
-

How to?
You’re welcome to join Daily Practice in a way that fits your rhythm.
Options include:
Drop-in sessions
Class packs
Monthly practice memberships
Private or semi-private instruction
There is no requirement to follow a specific path, consistency emerges naturally over time. Sip slowly, and connect in community.
-

Who is?
Daily Practice is supportive if you’re:
seeking consistency without rigidity
recovering or rebuilding strength
wanting guided movement in a calm environment
curious about deeper embodiment without committing to a long program
You don’t need prior experience — only willingness to listen to your body.
Daily Practice is one way to engage with M8.
Some people practice weekly for years.
Others move between practice, seasonal arcs, and study within the School of Healing Arts.
There is no hierarchy - only different ways of being in relationship with the work and your body
