The Body as Portal: Reawakening the Intelligence Within

There is a quiet opening happening.

A soft, almost imperceptible expansion…
like light filtering through a space that has always been there.

It lives in the body.
In the breath.
In the subtle pull toward something deeper, more connected, more true.

You may feel it as a longing.
Or a sense of curiosity.
Or simply a moment where you pause and notice,
there is more here.

Lately, I’ve been reading Womb Awakening, and what touches me most is not just the wisdom within its pages,
but the way it awakens something already alive inside.

A recognition.

A remembering.

A gentle unfolding of a truth that feels both ancient and entirely present.

What if awakening is not something we strive toward…
but something we allow?

What if it is a return to a way of being
where connection is natural,
where the body is trusted,
and where we are in relationship with the living world around us?

There was a time,
and perhaps there still is, just beneath the surface,
where we experienced ourselves as part of a greater intelligence.

Connected to the earth beneath our feet.
Guided by the rhythms of the moon.
In conversation with the unseen forces that move through plants, water, and sky.

And within us, there is a place that still knows this.

The womb is one of those places.

Not only as a physical center,
but as an energetic and creative space—
a place of deep intuition, sensitivity, and life force.

A portal.

When we bring our awareness here- not as an idea, but as a felt experience,
something begins to open.

We soften.

We listen.

We begin to sense the intelligence that lives within the body.

The same intelligence that grows a seed into a tree
lives within us.

The same rhythm that moves the tides
moves through our breath, our cycles, our emotions.

This is not metaphor.

This is the living intelligence of the body.

And perhaps this is the “new earth” we speak of.

Not something separate from us,
but something we access through the way we live, feel, and relate.

A way of being where:

We trust sensation as guidance.
We move in rhythm with life.
We experience connection as something inherent, not something to seek.
We remember ourselves as part of a greater whole.

This is not something to perfect.

It is something to feel.

And it can begin simply.

Resting our hands on our body.
Breathing deep into the belly.
A moment of awareness that says
I amI am here.

What if this is the portal?

What if this is the return?

What if the world we long for…
is already alive within us,
waiting to be remembered?
